Taking the hassle out of payroll and CIS

Payroll and CIS (if you work in the construction industry) are all about paying the people that work for you. All you need to do is tell us how much you have agreed to pay them and we will take it from there. Our aim is to make the whole process and smooth and hassle free as possible.

We’ll calculate how much tax and national insurance needs to be deducted from your employees and let you know how much to actually pay them. We’ll send their payslips and make the necessary submissions to HMRC. If someone is off sick or going on maternity leave, we can deal with all aspects of their sick or maternity pay. We’ll also take care of your obligations under the auto-enrolment pension requirements and deal with any P11ds that are needed if your employees receive benefits in kind.

We will ensure your salary is set at the most tax efficient level for you and review this regularly, so you can be confident that you are paying yourself in the best way.

If you work in the construction industry, any subcontractors you use will need to be paid in accordance with the CIS scheme. We can verify your subcontractors, calculate payments, submit your monthly return to HMRC and send your subcontractors their statements. We’ll remind you when the deadline is approaching and make the whole process as straightforward as possible.
